This is a filter doofer that turns any input sound to wovels. It's based on the built in vowel filter of the chorus and flanger, but also contains an EQ option (0%=Off), input volume and output gain, a dry/wet slider for the chorus and the main vowel filter, and a chorus and a flanger slider.
It's far from perfect, but sounds quite good with some nice input. :)
It can also be used to color sound to make it sound a bit more organic. I suggest turning down all sliders, set the input and output volume so that it sounds dry. Then play around a bit with the other sliders to see if it produces something you like, then use LFOs to set the sliders a little bit in motion.
