Here's a doofer that applies glitches to whatever that goes through it. There is a hidden Off/On switch at around 8% of the Repeater, Delay, Reverb and Chorus.

EDIT 3/9-2015: Added a new and more advanced version, Glitch Box 2.0. I also uploaded a DSP chain with the doofer so you can just drag and drop in Renoise.
When the effect sliders are all the way down the doofer is transparent except from a DC filter, bus compressor and a maximizer at the end. If you need it totally transparent they can be safely removed.
The Occurence controls how often the glitches will trigger and the Slow/Fast sets the speed of the envelopes that trigger the effects.
The effects do affect each other to some extent, for instance if you turn up the reverb you also apply some reverb to the distortion and vice versa. The effects aren't very accurately labeled, there are different combinations going on and such, but should give a good pinpoint to what kind of effect you should expect.
